        • “My time at UDA not only gave me the education I needed to succeed, but gave me athletic opportunities to pursue softball at the college level. The memories I made during my time at UDA will last a lifetime.”
          — Maddin Grow UDA ’23
  • Inside Athletics
        • “Our greatest success in interscholastic athletics is when our student-athletes become successful in the years after they graduate. Having them use the lessons learned from their time in our program is very important and extremely meaningful to us.”
          — Brent E. Bell, Athletic Director,
          UDA ’92

        • “I moved to Elizabethville in 1969. My neighbor Jan Collier ask me if I would want to go to a game. Of course I said yes and have been going ever since. I try and see every sport that UDA has to offer and I saw wonderful athletes go through our programs. I have great memories from the past and a lot more coming in the future. UDA is my home and I am so proud of everyone from the coaches to the athletes. Thanks for the memories. How lucky can one person be? A fan forever.”
          — Mary Keim
  • Tradition and History
        • “Behind all of our student athletes is the will to succeed, not just in the gym or on the field, but in anything they do and in life as a whole.”
          — Macklin Ayers, UDA ’20

        • “In all the years that I have coached in the District (starting in the 1984-85 school year ) I’ve always enjoyed working with the young people that I was coaching.  The best part of coaching, is seeing their improvement through the years, and seeing them grow into fine young citizens.  It’s a great compliment when a player you coached years ago still calls you Coach.”
          — David Shadle, Former Head Girls Basketball Coach, UDA ’67
